Our 4th of July celebration started with rain but as is true in Wisconsin...wait a short while and it changes! And it did...so we resumed our plans and a fine time was had by all!
Our plans were to go to Lake Geneva late afternoon. Of course, we did a little shopping in the local shops before heading over to eat at our favorite restaurant called POPEYE'S. Most ordered the yummy specialty of chicken and ribs. We boarded THE LADY OF THE LAKE at 7:30 for a COCKTAIL CRUISE that featured a tour of the lake, information on the lake homes and their owners, and of course views of the fireworks close up and some far!
It was a perfect way to spend the 4th of July!
