Will you be celebrating St. Patrick's Day next weekend? If so, here are a couple of points to ponder. First, this was originally a feast day; it was celebrated in Ireland as early as the 9th Century, although it wasn't on the universal liturgical calendar until the early 1600s. And secondly, St. Patrick was originally associated with the color blue. So ... green beer or blue beer? Given those two choices, I would opt for NO beer.
