Passover breakfast consisted of golden browned whole wheat farfel which was miked with eggs...
a departure from the usual white matzah!
It was very tasty...and had a nice texture.
I made extra for another meal as it reheats very well.
I rounded out the meal with fresh cantaloupe, and
my usual large cup of coffee.
Yesterday I had a wonderful Seder with family and friends...
which started my eating for eating sake.
Such festivity and wonderful memories remembered and made!
